Long-term students are admitted four times a year in April, July, October, and January.
The deadlines for submitting applications for each semester are as follows:
April semester: November 30th of the previous year
July semester: March 30th
October semester: May 30th
January semester: September 30th of the previous year
The deadline will be closed as soon as the capacity is reached, so please apply as soon as possible.
Required documents have two parts consisting of the applicant's and the sponsor's documents.
For Applicant: Application Form, Personal Record, 7 Photographs (4x3cm), Graduation Certificate, Certificates of studying Japanese, etc.
For Sponsor: Written Oath of Support, Certificate of deposit, Certificate of employment, etc.

The general short-term course is for those who enter Japan with a "short-term visa" using the "admission permit" issued by the school.
The Japanese & culture study courses are for those who enter Japan with a "tourist visa" In these courses, you can study the Japanese language and experience Japanese culture at the same time.

For long-term students, you can apply after receiving the Certificate of Eligibility (COE). We have several dormitories locate not far from the school. The rental fee starts from 20,000 yen/month for share room, and 41,000 yen/month for a single room. There will be water, electricity, and gas fees according to the conditions of each dormitory.
For short-term students, please consult when registering. Short-term student dormitories are fully furnished suites. The rental fee starts from 51,500 yen/month for a double room and 93,500 yen/month for a single room. The rent is already inclusive of internet wi-fi, water, electricity, and gas bills.
Dormitory and apartments are limited. Please apply as soon as possible.

Yes, there are excellent attendance rewards. Students with an attendance rate of 90% or more will receive a book gift card worth 5,000 yen or 3,000 yen. And the special reward for the student with the best grades and attendance rate. Also, the scholarship from the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO).

Our school director, principals, teachers, and staff work together to guide students towards their goals. We have a school recommendation system. The teachers will guide you individually and help you find a suitable institution, whether university, graduate school, or vocational school.
We also focus on preparing for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test(JLPT). We provide a practice exam including selective classes such as the EJU test, Mathematics, Science, etc. that are necessary for Japanese university entrance examinations. Also, advice on writing research plans for students who wish to enter graduate school.

Yes, there are two types of recommendations: general recommendation and designated school recommendation.
Students can receive general recommendations based on their goals and as long as they can meet institutional conditions. And for students that have good grades and high attendance rates, we have a designated school recommendation system that simplifies the university entrance examination process.
